SIEMA has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Orbitz Exhibitions to organize Techno 4 in Coimbatore from 8th to 10th June 2012.

SIEMA was founded in the year 1952 with a sole aim of representing and protecting the interests of Micro, Small, Medium and Large Scale Engineering Industries of Southern Region of India.

Significant achievements of SIEMA include the awareness created among its members regarding producing Quality Products and Innovation. SIEMA holds leadership in several Quality Certification among its members numbering over 300 which is the largest at any single city in India.
 

SIEMA is also involved with the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power, Government of India to formulate standards for Energy conservation initiation.

SEIMA along with Orbitz Exhibitions organised an international event, Techno 4, for the first time of its kind from 9th - 11th April 2010 focussing on 4 major industries of the engineering sector.

Now its all set to organize the 2nd edition of the event from 8th - 10th of June 2012 with a special focus on equipment manufacturers of the 4 industries.
